    "Very good store"

    Had 2 experiences with them. The first one I was really struggling to get accepted by a bank and they insisted until I was accepted. The second was amazing as well. I got accepted right away. They are very nice and always ready to help.

    "I purchased a bycicle and it was delivered..."

    I purchased a bycicle and it was delivered on time and even earlier. The good was received in perfect condition and according to what was ordered. I suggest to specify with more details and information the technical specs of the product because I had to find out by myself the detailed characteristics of the bycicle.

    "Great experience+++++"

    Before doing the purchase order, I wrote to customer service for some info and they answered very quickly and in clear manner, so great customer service. I ordered some accessories for my road bike and the parts I received were in perfect condition and exactly how described on web site. Fast shipment and perfect packaging, without damage of the inner items. So, VeloCata, great seller!!!!!!!!!!!

    "Some issues, but nothing major."

    Hello. Overall, we had a positive experience. Two issues though. The site claims availability of all products shown. We ordered a bicycle "available", but the order was later cancelled because the bike was actually out of stock. We did receive a 10% on a different bicycle, for their inventory error. During shipping, the bicycle was scheduled to deliver on a Monday. The shipping company later changed to delivery to the next day. No major issues however with our experience. We expect that the bicycle will arrive in perfect condition.
