    "Very good company"

    Had 2 experiences with them. The first one I was really struggling to get accepted by a bank and they insisted until I was accepted. The second was amazing as well. I got accepted right away. They are very nice and always ready to help.

    "Great customer service"

    I had an issue with a digger and contacted the customer service. They answered in less than 24 hours. The person I spoke to via e-mail and Whatsapp was very kind and sympathetic, trying to find the best solution. As a matter of fact, the problem was solved in a very short period of time so I'm very satisfied with the received attention.

    Thank you for your review. We also deliver tractors and construction machinery to European countries, including the United Kingdom. However, at that time, we couldn't guarantee that their products are in good condition. Starting from November 1st, we have revised our policy and now inspect all products at our authorized service center before delivery. This allows us to offer some guarantees in these situations. Our goal is to improve our work and minimize transaction time.
