    "It was a good experience"

    It was a good experience. I've received much help from Miguel who went above and beyond to sort things out for me. I took out a star for the service from the reception who connects the calls to his colleagues. That's why only 4 stars.

    It was not my choice to use EUROMAQUINARIA ALAN SL, but I am glad I did and I plan to use it again. I'm from Germany and last week I bought a tractor from a man from Spain and he told me about them, I was a little bit worried (because my money were in their bank account) but when I saw the tractor I was very happy except one little problem... they told they will be here at 10 o'clock but I received them at 12 o'clock except that everything was ok... I'am very happy that someone made such a company. The best thing about this transaction was that it was “drama free”. Please tell everyone I am very happy with EUROMAQUINARIA ALAN SL - :)-

    "Excelent cooperation"

    I wanted to buy a tractor from a man from Madrid, but since I'm from France, it wasn't feasible for me to go to Spain just to inspect a tractor. Instead, I chose to send them 8000 EUR, and within 5 days, the tractor was delivered to me. After signing some papers, I was given a 3-day period to inspect the tractor. On the following day, I examined the tractor and was informed that it had motor issues. They strongly advised against purchasing it due to its high cost. Consequently, I contacted the company, and they arranged for the tractor to be taken back at the expense of the seller. They also provided me with several options regarding the money, but I opted for the safest one. Thus, I accompanied the agent to a bank branch where I received the refunded amount. In my opinion, this is an excellent service since any potential problems with a tractor can be identified within 3-4 days.

    Thank you for your review. We also deliver tractors and construction machinery to European countries, including the United Kingdom. However, at that time, we couldn't guarantee that their products are in good condition. Starting from November 1st, we have revised our policy and now inspect all products at our authorized service center before delivery. This allows us to offer some guarantees in these situations. Our goal is to improve our work and minimize transaction time.
